A Feminist Newspaper

These editorials from The College News in the 1980s outline its purpose: the News provides a space for women's voices and speak from feminist perspectives.

To achieve this, the News accepted articles, artwork and photos from women. Men sometimes wrote letters to the editor or asked Ms. Hank a question in the Dear Ms. Hank section of the paper, but women the paper was established by women, for women.
